By purchasing tickets for The Gonks of Gardenshillock, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final.

Once a booking has been completed, tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable to another date or time.

Please carefully check your chosen event, date, time and number of tickets before completing your purchase. We are unable to move bookings because of changes to personal circumstances, illness, travel arrangements, forgotten bookings or accidental selection of the wrong date or time.

We are unable to offer credit notes for unused tickets.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Missed or Late Visits

Tickets are valid only for the date and entry time shown on your booking confirmation.

If you are unable to attend your booked session, no refund, exchange or credit will be provided.

Please arrive in good time for your allocated entry. Late admission cannot be guaranteed, particularly during busy or sold-out sessions.

Weather

The Gonks of Gardenshillock is predominantly an outdoor attraction and operates in typical Scottish weather, including rain.

Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the conditions.

Poor weather, rain or a change in the forecast does not entitle ticket holders to a refund, exchange or alternative date where the attraction remains open and operating safely.

If we determine that conditions make it unsafe to open, affected customers will be contacted directly.

Event Changes & Closure

From time to time, activities, characters, entertainment, food offerings or individual elements of the trail may need to be changed, substituted or withdrawn due to operational, maintenance, safety or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where the overall advertised event remains available, these changes do not normally entitle ticket holders to a refund.

If The Gonks of Gardenshillock cancels an event or is unable to provide the booked experience, affected customers will be contacted regarding the options available to them, in accordance with their statutory rights.

Children & Supervision

Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult throughout their visit.

The Gonks of Gardenshillock is a family attraction and visitors are expected to follow instructions from our team, safety signage and attraction rules.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask visitors to leave where behaviour is unsafe, abusive, disruptive or significantly affects the enjoyment or safety of other guests. Refunds will not be provided in these circumstances.

Booking Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that:

• The correct date, time and event have been selected.
• The correct number and type of tickets have been purchased.
• Everyone included within their booking is aware of these terms and conditions.
• Contact details supplied during booking are accurate.

Please review your booking carefully before payment.

Acceptance of Terms

Completion of your booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

All sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or moved to another date or time once purchased, except where required by law.
